For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.
Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.

We had a great stay at this space, the apartment was awesome with its views and 2 balconies that we spent a lot of down time on. Also very conveniently located right in the Mariana near lots of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This place was nice and accurately described, but dealing with the management company was a pain. They have too many people to contact. I don’t want to have to remember to contact person x for this task and person y for this task. Things also didn’t work like the safe and the AC thermostat. The AC worked, but it was challenging to change the settings and it would stop blowing cold air in the middle of the night. We were also hassled about the check in. The photos of the passports weren’t good enough for the security lady and they weren’t there when we arrived to check in so then we were bugged to come down and complete the process which is when she didn’t like what we had for passport photos. Not our fault no one was at the desk for 20+ minutes when we arrived.

Great apartment with a beautiful view and good location. Very clean and everything was as in the pictures 🙂 Besides problems with the dishwasher machine, we were very happy with everything and would love to come back another time.
