PARKING
Facilities for parking in Jumeirah Bay X1 are well-managed for both, residents and guests. Each unit gets a dedicated parking space in the basement and visitors can also park their vehicles for limited hours.
ELEVATORS
Five high-speed elevators provide access to all floors of the building.
SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Jumeirah Bay X1 is gated and has 24-hour security. It goes through a maintenance drive periodically and a dedicated staff cleans and disposes of the garbage.
Moreover, all apartments are centrally air-conditioned and have an emergency electricity backup. Utilities are provided by DEWA. Each unit has access to broadband internet and TV cable.
GYM AND FITNESS FACILITIES
Residents enjoy access to health and fitness facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym in JLT, Jumeirah Bay X1 Tower.

Interaction with guests
For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delay in this will delay your check-in.
For Non- Residents - only passport copies required for all guests. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delays in this will delay your checkin
Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.
Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.
