For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. For Non- Residents - only passport copies required for all guests. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delays in this will delay your checkin

Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.

Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
