The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and there's a comfortable sitting area in the living room for relaxing after a long day. You'll also have access to the building's pool and gym facilities, as well as a private covered car parking space.

The apartment also offers a dedicated workspace for your laptop, making it ideal for business travelers. Please note that smoking and parties are not allowed, and pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Interaction with guests

For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delay in this will delay your check-in.

For Non- Residents - only passport copies required for all guests. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delays in this will delay your checkin

Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.

Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.

There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.
