House Rules

  • No pets allowed.

  • No smoking indoors (balcony only; AED 1000 penalty if violated).

  • No parties or events.

  • Visitors are not allowed to stay between 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM.

  • Maximum guests must not exceed booking capacity.

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • No furniture rearrangement or adding personal appliances.

  • Guests must vacate on the check-out date; unauthorized stays will incur penalties.

  • Missing or damaged items will be charged via the booking platform.

Extensions & Refund Policy

  • Request extensions at least 3 days in advance (preferably 2 weeks during peak season).

  • Payments for extensions must be settled 10 days before the new stay begins.

  • Refund policy follows the booking platform’s rules.

  • If payment is not received, key access will be deactivated.

  • No transfer or substitution of bookings allowed.

Practical Notes

Air Conditioning

Keep doors/windows closed while running; switch off when not needed.

Lights

Turn off when leaving a room or the apartment.

Power Supply

In case of outage, check switches and fusebox first.

Check-Out Instructions

  • Place all access cards in the lockbox before leaving.
