Interaction with guests
For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.

Our stay with Luxury Escape apartment in JBR Dubai was great, stunning apartment with big spacious rooms, very clean and had all the amenities you needed! The place is located in a great location (15 mins walk to either JBR beach or Dubai Marina) and the metro located just downstairs. The apartment block has lovely pool facilities and shop fronts downstairs (including restaurants, supermarket, salon, coffee shops etc,). Would highly recommend this place if visiting Dubai, will definitely book with them again!

The place was exactly like the pictures, the place is communicative, 24/7 market right outside, clean, however the host was unprofessional, they didn’t provide enough information, had to ask for everything and gave us wrong keycode, we arrived at 2am and no one was responding and had to spend the night in McDonald’s, which I think it’s extremely inconsiderate, they refunded our first night. In conclusion the apartment was perfect but the host was unprofessional in our situation.
