Maximum occupancy is based on booking details (1 bedroom = 2 adults). Extra guests incur a fee of 300 Dirhams/person/night.
No pets allowed
Visitors are limited to 1 adult and 1 child per bedroom and may not remain between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Ma famille et moi on a adoré notre séjour ici, on a prolongé de plusieurs nuits car on se sentait tellement comme à la maison. Le supermarché est juste en face, il y avait plein de restaurants autour c’est très animé aux alentours, mais l’immeuble reste calme et paisible. Tout était très propre et impeccable, l’équipement bien fourni. Je retournerai sûrement sans hésiter!

Great location with supermarket across the street, and so many restaurants around. The facility has great swimming pool and the gym is sufficient for good work out. It very clean. The three bed room set up is very good for three of us (business men) that we have privacy in our own room and bathroom, and we can have meeting in the living room. We love the birds in our balcony. It’s great experience.
