Quiet Hours - Noise above 40 decibels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM is prohibited. Breaches may lead to eviction and deposit forfeiture.
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy is based on booking details (1 bedroom = 2 adults). Extra guests incur a fee of 300 Dirhams/person/night.
No pets allowed
Visitors are limited to 1 adult and 1 child per bedroom and may not remain between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Жили в данной локации уже второй раз. Резиденция La Vie, расположена на 1й линии моря, между отелями RIXOS и HILTON, имеет свою закрытую территорию и 2 бассейна. Что касается апартаментов, то в целом все было хорошо. Но учитывая их стоимость аренды и то место где они расположены, кое что можно было бы улучшить! Ну вот например простой пример с туалетной бумагой, шампунем/гелем для тела их было совсем не достаточно и они не пополняются во время Вашего пребывания! Вот положили всего по немногу и все, закончилось - покупай сам! Ну ребята, Вы сдаете жилье за 800-900 долларов в сутки и не можете обеспечить такую мелочь в нужном количестве!? тут реально Ваш "косяк" А вот еще, розетки. Ну я в Дубае уже 5 или 6 раз, но каждый раз забываю что тут не евро розетки, а Британского формата и переходников, как Вы догадыватесь нет! ну а почему? они стоят 1$. Купите в каждую комнату по 1 шт и вопрос решен, зачем мне думать про такую мелочь и ходить их искать В остальном все прошло хорошо. Спасибо

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt Das Appartment ist super geräumig und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist sehr gut und viele Restaurants sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Pool ist und der Strandzugang sind super! Wir hatten grossen Spass!

Pros: 1. Best balcony view in Dubai 2. Best location 3. Well kept building and property Cons: 1. Host lied on listing and explicitly when I asked before booking. These are not king sized beds. I even asked explicitly as it is important to me and wife as we are both tall. Instead of being helpful or putting in even 1% effort, host said “sir, the difference between a king and queen is not much at all. If the bed size is not important to you, then this place is great. If it is, then just be warned 2. Not specific to the host or their fault in any way, but on Friday and Saturday night, the property beside (The Five) will play music u til 3am
