Guests may not modify, remove, or introduce any furnishings or appliances.
Guests must comply with all building and community rules, including cleanliness of public areas.
No pets allowed unless pre-approved. A deep cleaning fee and deposit will apply. Breaches result in full deposit forfeiture.
No smoking inside the property. Smoking on balconies is permitted only if doors are fully closed. Breaches result in deposit forfeiture
For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delay in this will delay your check-in.
For Non- Residents - only passport copies required for all guests. This needs to be done 48hours before the check-in. Delays in this will delay your checkin
Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.
Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.
The property is located within a residential family community; all guests and visitors must behave accordingly.
Guests accept and understand they shall be required to vacate the property at the end of the booking as per their rental payment period. In the event the guest does not vacate, the company has the right to charge such penalties as necessary to cover all losses incurred, which shall include any loss of income to the landlord.
Guests must give 2 weeks' notice if they wish to extend or vacate the property. Extension payments must be settled 10 days prior to the start of the extension date. If payment is still not received at the start of the extension date, the company will proceed with the guest's immediate check-out. Upon confirmation of check-out, the company has the right to advertise the property and accept bookings for the period after the guest's paid rental period. If a late notice is given, penalty charges will be applied (nightly rate fee).
If a guest is absent from the country at the expiry of the rental period or leaves the property without notice to the company or if he has not paid the balance of the rent due, the company shall have the right to enter the premises and to lease it to others the company finds suitable.
Check-In, Check-Out, and Duration of Stay
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM | Standard check-out: 10:00 AM and can be extended till 11AM maximum.
Check-in/check-out services are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM only. No 24-hour service is provided. In the case where a Luxury Escapes representative is required by building management for check-in during the hours 11:00 PM and 6.00 AM, there will be a 50 Dirham surcharge.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Self-Check-In is via key lockbox; instructions and passcode will be provided.
The property is a Holiday Home, valid for short-term lets up to 3 months, renewable for the same or shorter period, in line with DTCM regulations.
