For Residents of UAE - Upon booking, guests shall present a copy of their passport, Visa / Emirates ID to the company for filing and registration purposes to the appropriate building, community, municipality, or government body. Our Guest Relations team will visit you and do an inventory check for the items. Any items missing or damaged will be chargeable through the Booking Portals Resolution Team.
Guests are requested to do their extensions well in advance. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability.
There shall be no substitution or transfer of booking to anyone else under any circumstances.
BUS STATIONS NEAR DUBAI GATE 2
Residents who want to get around Jumeirah Lake Towers can use the bus service launched by DMCC that caters specifically to the community. Commuters can hop on to a bus with the route JLT-2 at JLT Business Centre bus station. It will run clockwise to complete a circuit with many stops in between to serve clusters from A to N. If one would like to visit any cluster that lies in the eastern part of Jumeirah Lake Towers, they can switch buses on road no. 4. After switching, they will be able to visit any area from Cluster O to Cluster Z that is covered by the JLT-1 route.
METRO STATIONS NEAR DUBAI GATE 2
For other modes of public transportation near New Dubai Gate 2, residents will have to walk for seven minutes to arrive at DMCC Metro Station 1 that can be found shortly after Cluster C.

We really enjoyed our stay with Arabian Escapes! Great location, not far from metro station DMCC. Supermarkets and lots and lots of restaurants nearby. You don't really have to leave the neighborhood. Both check-in and check-out were really easy. Normy, the guy in charge, made the whole process and our stay even smoother and better. We highly recommend it!

Der gesamte Check-in Vorgang war sehr einfach und professionell durchgeführt. Sogar sie ließen mich viel früher und Stunden vor der offiziellen Zeit die Wohnung betreten, ein Schritt, den ich sehr schätzte. Der Gastgeber und alle anderen waren sehr kompetent, nett und hilfsbereit: Herr Normy tat sein Bestes, um alle meine Anforderungen bis zum letzten Tag zu erfüllen und zu erfüllen. Herr Kumar reagierte sehr schnell, als er zweimal nach Dienstleistungen in der Wohnung gefragt wurde, ebenso wie die Servicemitarbeiter, die die Arbeiten ausführten.
